Ralf Schulze, Founder & CEO
Ralf has spent his career at the intersection of solar technology and quality assurance. Before founding Solen Energy, he worked for more than a decade in inverter and PV module companies, leading global qualification programs with test labs and research institutions. His work gave him a front-row seat to the challenges asset owners face when quality issues emerge too late, after equipment is already in the field.
Driven by the belief that proactive testing and transparency are essential to the success of renewable energy, Ralf founded Solen Energy in 2021. His vision was to create a trusted partner that could combine deep technical expertise with actionable insights, helping asset owners, EPCs, and investors protect their projects and maximize long-term performance.
Today, Ralf leads Solen Energy with the same principles that shaped his career: engineering excellence, industry collaboration, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
